Any of these can be tailored to suit your audience or team. Providing a presentation is charged at the usual rate plus any overnight expenses. Bespoke presentations and workshops are also available.

My current day rate is £450. The initial consultation is free.

Project work
I can provide you with a quote for a project based on how we scope it and I often agree with clients a maximum amount for budgeting purposes. This also helps safeguard against the dreaded ‘project creep’.

Time bank
Alternatively, if it is mentoring and back-up that you need, you can buy my time in blocks of three days at a time. You can use this time-bank anyway you choose. It means I can be on the end of the phone, coach you through creating a report or a strategy or show up for meetings as your consultant to back up proposals. A block of three days lasts a senior manager around 3-6 months and means that you can stop worrying about the clock ticking when you talk to me.
